You are hiring us in order to do paralegal and other similar work for you in the field of law, for you to use in your law practice or other ongoing legal matter in which you are actively working with lawyers who you agree will at all times supervise the propriety and effectiveness of the work we do for you.  You understand and agree that AI Law Complete is not a law firm and does not practice law.  Instead, American Litigation Support works for lawyers and law firms and legal teams involved in ongoing legal matters – all of whom have lawyers in charge of such matters who are reviewing our work to assure its correctness – who wish to experience the economies of scale associated with the proper and correct application of AI to the field of law.  Our work is guaranteed to be satisfactory to you or your money back, for 180 days, although in the event you request a refund we will no longer perform services for you during a period of 365 days from the date you received back your money on our project.  This is to assure that lawyers do not mistakenly or unmistakably utilize our services for free and then repeatedly gain a refund even though they found our services to be satisfactory.  In other words, you can rip us off once a year if that's the kind of person you are.  This guarantee demonstrates how certain we are in our work product, because we know that the lawyers and law firms and legal teams utilizing our services will be doing so repeatedly and often.  You agree to have lawyers – lawyers working under your control or working with you or on your legal team – review all of our work to assure it satisfies all of the legal and strategic needs of the parties involved in the case, and you further agree that you shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold us harmless from and against any actions, suits or proceedings, and all other claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, awards, penalties, fines, settlements, costs and expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your decision to utilize any of the work product we send to your private email box, directly or indirectly.  This indemnity shall apply to matters that arise out of negligence, strict liability or other fault or responsibility on the fault of any person (whether an individual or a juridic entity) appertaining or relating to the work product we send to your private email box, directly or indirectly. This indemnification includes indemnification for matters arising out of the gross negligence, willful misconduct or other similar bad acts arising out of the work product we deliver to you or anything else having anything to do with the services we provide as set forth herein.
